High Season

From April 1 to November 30 inclusive, Christmas and New Year, December 24 to January 2 inclusive, 2011
Chinese New Year, 1st February to 6th February inclusive.

Low Season

USD $5000++
December 1 to March 31 inclusive, excepting Christmas, New Year, and Chinese New Year, as above.

Services and facilities included in venue hire fee

• Exclusive hire of Phalosa for a 48 hour period for one event. Hire period is 11am to 11am and allows for set up, event and break down.
• Return transfers for the event hosts between their Bali accommodation and Phalosa.
• Use of all venue facilities including day suites, private dining room and lounge areas.
• Complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water (except during event)
• Housekeeping staff
• Venue security
• Parking attendants

Additional Fees

10% tax and 5% service charge apply
Community Fee of IDR 3.5 million per event
